Any details that you supply to us will be stored by us and
not passed on to anyone else without your consent.
Occasionally we may send you e-mails or letters promoting
reports and other services connected to the energy industry.
There are no shipping charges on public training courses,
but sales tax (VAT) is chargeable on all public training
courses held in the UK.
Payment of Registration Fee
MJMEnergy Ltd requests that payment for all courses
is received at our office fourteen days prior to the start
of the course. If there is going to be a delay, please send
us the details of when we can expect to receive it and the
method of payment used. Please note your place on this
course could be cancelled if we do not have the requested
information.
Delegates attending from other countries outside of the U.K.
are also expected to pay V.A.T. (17.5%) on the invoices due
to the fact that the course is being held within the U.K.
Your company will have to claim this back separately - this
cannot be done for you by MJMEnergy Ltd.
Cancellation Policy
On registering for this
course it is important that you note our cancellation
policy.

A delegate may be
substituted at any time free of charge.

You may change to an
alternative date (provided we have fourteen days
notice, subject to availability) at no extra charge.

Cancellations will be
accepted in writing no later than fourteen days
prior to the seminar date for a full refund. After
that time no refund will be available.
Certificate
On completion of a public course, each delegate
will receive a certificate.
